Product Availability

Foquim Dental only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment, so we cannot guarantee the availability of the items until the beginning of said processing.

We only ship on weekdays. In this way, neither weekends nor holidays are counted for order delivery estimates.

In any case, the estimated delivery dates are only indicative. In the event of any ordered goods, Foquim Dental may choose to: (i) contact the supplier inquiring about the possibility of replacing the missing item, contacting the customer if the delivery time or the price of the item changes and the order changes will only proceed after consent given by the customer; or (ii) cancel the order by reimbursing the customer for all amounts paid.

Any delay in the shipment of items, given the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs to mainland Portugal

Orders over € 100.00 (VAT not included) do not pay for postage, these are supported by Foquim Dental (Mainland Portugal), except for products duly marked.

Orders under € 100.00 have a shipping cost of € 7.00 (VAT not included).
